Who am I?
Hi, I’m Danielle, a qualified art psychotherapist, coach and entrepreneur with a deep belief that we heal and grow through reflection, connection, and creative exploration. I offer online therapy sessions for adults looking to reconnect with themselves, navigate burnout, work through anxiety, and find clarity through life’s messier moments.
My approach
My therapeutic style blends art psychotherapy with a pluralistic, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach. In simple terms, this means I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I draw on a range of tools and methods, from creative expression to reflective conversation, to meet you where you’re at.
You don’t need to be “good” at art; this work is about expression, not perfection. Whether we’re using words, images, metaphors, or simply silence, the process is led by your pace, your needs, and your story.
My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and care. I create a space that’s warm, down-to-earth, and grounded in respect. A space where the messy, complex, and beautiful parts of being human are all welcome.
I have a particular passion for supporting people in helping roles, those who lead, care, and carry a lot, often without being held themselves. If that’s you, this is your space to feel supported too.
How do my sessions work?
To begin, weekly sessions are often helpful in building momentum and trust. Fortnightly or flexible sessions are also possible depending on your needs. There is no set commitment, we will review your journey regularly and honestly.
