I write as a way of thinking and paying attention.
Some pieces are short and reflective. Others are longer explorations. Most sit somewhere in between, written while I’m still inside the questions, not once things are resolved.
This writing isn’t intended to offer answers or instructions. It’s a way of making sense of experience as it’s happening, in work, in systems, in relationships, and in the body.
Writing is part of how I stay human while trying to understand the worlds we’ve built.

Much of my longer-form writing lives on Medium.
These pieces explore themes of being human, navigating complexity, leadership, creativity, and change.

Some ideas take shape more easily through conversation and voice. I share occasional video reflections on YouTube, often as a way of thinking out loud.
