Who am I?
Hi, I’m Danielle, a creative psychotherapist, coach, and entrepreneur with a deep belief that we grow through reflection, connection, and creative exploration. I help leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers break free from outdated patterns and step into purpose-driven leadership and sustainable success.
My approach blends psychotherapy, coaching, and business experience to support real change, emotionally, professionally, and practically. Whether you’re seeking personal transformation, stronger leadership, or a more sustainable way to grow your work and life, I’m here to help you build strong roots that support long-term growth.
Why I started Determined Dandelions
For years, I watched capable leaders and business owners burnout, not from a lack of effort, but because they were stuck in systems that glorify hustle, pressure, and performance. I was one of them.
I know what it’s like to chase success, hold space for everyone else, and still feel unfulfilled. The truth? Success doesn’t have to cost your health, joy, or integrity.
I started Determined Dandelions to create a space for leaders to realign with themselves, unlearn harmful patterns, and grow in ways that feel authentic, grounded, and sustainable. This isn’t about quick wins or shallow motivation. It’s about doing the deeper work that leads to meaningful, lasting change.
My background & experience
I bring together over 15 years of experience across leadership, community development, business strategy, and mental health.
I’m a qualified creative psychotherapist with an MSc in Art Psychotherapy and a First-Class BSc in Psychology and Counselling. I’ve trained in leadership coaching, trauma-informed practice, NLP, and mental health.
My career has included:
I’ve lived the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and leadership. I don’t teach theory. I bring lived experience, practical tools, and therapeutic insight.
Who do I work with?
I work with:
I support individuals and teams through one-to-one therapy and coaching, creative reflection, and regenerative leadership practices. If you’re ready to stop pushing and start aligning, we might be a good fit.
Wondering if this applies to you? If you’re guiding a vision, supporting others, or showing up for something bigger than yourself, you are already leading, whether you call it that or not.
What makes this approach different?
My work blends therapy, coaching, and strategy, but at its core, it’s about people.
This is a space where you can slow down, be honest, and build the clarity, resilience, and confidence to grow your life or work from the inside out.
My approach is warm but grounded, creative yet clear. I’ll support you to reflect, reset, and move forward with purpose, not pressure.
