How does it work?
One-to-one therapy and coaching is a private, safe, and confidential space where we work together to help you flourish. I, Danielle, will support you in exploring areas of stuckness, uncovering the causes, and discovering ways to move forward.
I use a range of approaches tailored to you, including psychotherapy techniques, creative activities, mindfulness exercises, practical goal-setting, brainstorming, and reflective tasks. Together, we will explore your story, uncover new possibilities, and take intentional steps toward growth.
The process unfolds over four key stages, inspired by nature and rooted in transformation.. Each stage adapts to your unique needs and timeline:
- Awareness – The Roots 🌱
Just as healthy plants need strong roots, we start by going deep into your story. Together, we identify unmet needs, stuckness, and unhelpful patterns or beliefs that hold you back. This stage is about grounding and understanding what’s beneath the surface. - Exploration – The Soil 🌾
To grow, seeds need fertile soil. In this stage, we nurture your awareness by exploring the roots of your challenges—where they come from and how they impact your life and leadership. We cultivate insight and clarity, preparing you for transformation. - Intentions – The Growth 🌿
Here, we focus on planting seeds of change. We set realistic intentions and goals, allowing new shoots to emerge. This stage is about forward momentum—growing towards the light, aligning actions with your values and vision. - Integration – The Bloom 🌻
Growth takes time to bloom fully. Together, we plan how to integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life, so these changes take root and flourish sustainably. A follow-up session ensures ongoing nourishment, just like tending to a garden.
Our journeys mirror the natural world. Growth is not linear, it ebbs and flows, requires care and patience, and unfolds at its own pace. By working through these stages, we create space to grow deeply, bloom brightly, and lead with strength and authenticity.
When, where and costs
Sessions are held online, offering flexibility during the day, evening, or weekends. We will collaborate to schedule sessions at times that suit us both.
Therapy and coaching are not about quick fixes. Lasting, authentic change takes time. I believe that building trust and a strong working relationship is essential. I recommend an initial block of 6 sessions, but depending on your needs, our work may last anywhere from 12 weeks to a year, especially if we are exploring deeper trauma or long-standing patterns.
- Sessions typically take place weekly for 1 hour.
- For those preferring longer intervals, we can schedule sessions:
- Bi-weekly (1.5 or 2 hours)
- Monthly (1.5 or 2 hours)
I take a person-centred approach, which means we will tailor our work to you. Together, we will determine the best pace and structure for your journey.
Costs
- £60 per 1-hour session
- £80 per 1.5-hour session
The fee also includes any preparation work, such as reflective sheets, tasks, or tailored homework to help you integrate your learning between sessions.
